The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Indian Penal Code.
About 207 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the vehicle on which the petitioners were also traveling. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 23.01.2019.
Submission is that owner of the vehicle Sonu Kumar has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this court.

No.18606 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of four months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No.18 of 2019, with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below. (b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
