2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Ajay Sah. So far as this petitioner is concerned, she is simply a member of the mob. Petitioner is lady and has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on
