Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 76 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Victim in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. has not stated anything against this petitioner. The specific allegation is against co-accused Saurabh Patel. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 25.05.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

No.56335 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge VII, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Sessions Trial No. 417 of 2018 arising out of Asthawan P.S.
