Nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R of Economic Offence P.S. Case No. 05/2015 dated 30.04.2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
