====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-08-2016 Heard Sri Vijay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. This is the second attempt for grant of bail in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No.118/2015 registered for the offence under Section 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 19.01.2016 vide Cr.Misc.No.57625 of 2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a case for the offence under Section 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act. He submits that the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 21.09.2015. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner, namely, Deo Nath Manjhi be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35365 of 2016 (2) dt.24-08-2016 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D.N.Pandey, learned Special Judge, POCSO, Saran at Chapra in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No.118/2015.
