Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

A stolen four wheeler was intercepted by the police when petitioner was driving the same.

Submission is that owner of the vehicle was also in the same vehicle and he was also apprehended. Petitioner had no knowledge that the vehicle was stolen one. Further submission is that the criminal cases disclosed against the petitioner would reveal that the petitioner was implicated in those cases after institution of the present case. Petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2018 and he is ready to

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamajhi) Police Station Case No. 692 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
