Heard both sides.
Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under section 307 and other sections of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act.
The informant named the petitioners along with other accused persons and alleged that he was intercepted by the accused persons and when the mother and father of the informant came to save him, the accused persons assaulted them. Upendra Kumar Yadav is said to have fired on his father causing injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Upendra Kumar Yadav is alleged to have fired. There is omnibus and general allegation against the petitioners. Upendra Kumar Yadav also lodged counter case.
It appears that the petitioners intercepted the informant and assaulted him and when his father came for rescue, the

Considering the facts and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.
