The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 25.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.75192 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.360 of 2022, pending in the court of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No. II, Muzaffarpur, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

The order dated 25.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.75192

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24984 of 2023(2) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 of 2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
