2. The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of an appropriate writ or writs in the nature of Mandamus for the following relief/s:- "I. For the issuance of an appropriate writ, order(s) or direction in the nature of mandamus for command and direct the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4635 of 2026(2) dt.30-03-2026 2/2 respondents to reconsider/joining the petitioner's claim for appointment to consider suitable any post on compassionate grounds, as per Notification No. A-VI-15/2025 Rectt.

DA-9 dated 14.01.2024, the petitioner has qualified the pre-assessment training, physical and medical tests, and written examination for the CT/Daftary post.

II. And for issuance of any others relief(s) for which the petitioner are entitled."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file his representation before the appropriate authority in the light of Annexure-P/8 i.e. letter dated 16.01.2026 issued by the office of Directorate General, C.R.P.F, New Delhi.

4. Learned counsel for the Union of India has no objection for the same.

5. As such, this writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid liberty.
