The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Desari P.S.Case No. 14 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation, in brief, is that after marriage of the informant's daughter, accused persons were making demand of a four-wheeler vehicle and so assaulted her and set her body on fire. Receiving information, she reached there and found that her daughter was burnt thereafter admitted to PMCH for treatment but during treatment she died.

Submission is that petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and there is general allegation against him. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33316 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 information to the deceased mother was given by the family members of the petitioner, as she got accidental burn injury and was brought to hospital for treatment.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Rahmatullah Ansari @ Rahamtulla Ansari is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017.
