The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, it is a case of dowry death of the deceased due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner no.1 is father-in-law and petitioner no.2 is Dewar of the deceased and they have no concern with the mess and business of the deceased and her

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19731 of 2022(2) dt.29-09-2022 2/2 husband. He further submits that the husband of the deceased, namely, Pintu Kumar is in judicial custody. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Miss Chandani Gupta, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 344 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U
