2. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Penal Code. They are the mother, sisters of Arvind Kumar Sahni, with whom the daughter of the informant eloped, but from the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., it does not appear that petitioners were instrumental in any manner in the elopement of the victim with Arvind Kumar Sahni.

3. Let petitioners, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the Court below and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35022 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Rs. Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Madhepura, in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 21/2014, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
