====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No.32 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35(1-A), (1-AA) of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted that three persons including this petitioner were apprehended by police and country made firearms along with cartridges was recovered from each of them. The other co-accused Md. Shakil has been granted bail by this court in Cr.Misc.No.42575 of 2018. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. He is in custody since 13.04.2018 having one more criminal case against him and so he deserves bail. The learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55900 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 submission.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of bail is allowed. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Khagaria in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No.32 of 2018 (Sessions Trial No.203 of 2018).
