Heard the parties.

It has been stated in the supplementary affidavit that out of Rs.77, 60,000/- the petitioner has already deposited Rs.34 lacs. He undertakes to deposit the balance amount of Rs.43, 60, 000/- within a further period of four months. It is directed that petitioner shall deposit the balance amount in question, i.e., Rs.43, 60, 000/- within a further period of four months from today. The provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 31.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 27580 of 2015 will be confirmed by the court below, if the petitioner deposits the aforesaid balance amount in question within a further period of four months from today. The rest of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34268 of 2016 (3) dt.24-08-2016 2/2 conditions will remain intact.

The order dated 31.7.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 27580 of 2015 is modified to the extent, as indicated above. The present application stands disposed of.
