This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 39 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Considering the fact that the petitioner has five criminal antecedents of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
