Mr.A.G ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 29-01-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 216 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, when the informant asked whereabouts of his stolen mobile phone to the petitioner, he inflicted rod blow on his head and made him injured. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28955 of 2021(2) dt.29-01-2022 2/2 the petitioner is a student and he has falsely been implicated. He has also drawn my attention towards xerox copy of injury report which shows that nature of the injuries are simple and caused by hard and blunt substance.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 216 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
