The present writ application has been filed for issuance of direction upon the respondent authorities particularly respondent no.3 to pay the due salary pursuant to the A.C.P. and M.A.C.P. as well as the arrear of differences of salary with respect to the A.C.P. and M.A.C.P. of petitioner's late husband namely Sitaram Choudhari to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier filed a representation before the Registrar

Patna High Court CWJC No.6954 of 2020(3) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 of Lalit Narayan Mithila University (respondent no.3) but till date, no order has been passed.

Considering this fact, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the Respondent no.3 within a period of three weeks and after receipt of the said representation, the respondent no.3 is well advised to dispose off the same, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. 5.

It is made clear that, if the petitioner is found entitled for the A.C.P. and M.A.C.P. as well as the arrears of difference of salary with respect to the A.C.P. and M.A.C.P. of her late husband, the same shall be paid to her, within a further period of two weeks.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
