Nirmala Kumari ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 29-01-2022 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing.

The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the office within one month.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Amarpur Fullidumar P.S. Case No. 672 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 325, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is case and counter case and both the sides have

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 28726 of 2021(2) dt.29-01-2022 2/2 sustained injuries.

From perusal of the fardbeyan it appears that there is specific allegation against both the petitioners that they assaulted Kaushal Singh and Rajan Singh. From perusal of the injury report it appears that Kaushal Singh has received grievous injuries on right middle portion of his head. Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, in my view, it is not a fit case for anticipatory bail and accordingly the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
