2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 1147 of 2023 for the offence registered under sections 366(A) lodged on 21.12.2023 by the informant Prem Prakash Seth.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that his minor daughter has gone to attend class but failed to return and having got knowledge that this petitioner is behind her disappearance. Accordingly, the FIR.
4. As per the learned Session's Judge order, the victim girl returned and on the day the order was passed she was present in the Court, is a minor as per her date of birth
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24691 of 2024(2) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 (15.03.2007) and alleged that this petitioner circulated their private videos.
5. Before the learned Sessions Judge as also before this Court, the petitioner concealed that he has got criminal antecedent.
6. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, when in spite of the incorporation of the concealment of criminal antecedent by the learned Session's Judge in his order, the petitioner chose not to incorporate in paragraph -3 that he has got no criminal antecedent, no relief is granted to him.
