JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-03-2016 The petitioners seek quashing of the order, dated 27.1.1998, as contained in memo No.69, passed by the Secretary, Bihar State Electricity Board whereby their representation dated 18.12.1997 filed before the respondent No.3 in compliance of the order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.7182 of 1990 has been rejected. The petitioners further pray for quashing of the order, dated 7.5.1991, as contained in memo No.755, by which their services have been disengaged as Bill Clerks with effect from July, 1991. It appears that on 10.9.2013 the respondent Bihar State Electricity Board prays for time to file further affidavit. No affidavit has been filed as yet.

The petitioners submit that a quite number of juniors to

In this view of the matter, the petitioners very fairly submits that their interest would be sub-served if the representation filed by them on 23.7.2010 before respondent Nos.2, as contained in Annexure-24, is disposed of within a reasonable time. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed of with an observation that if the petitioners file a fresh representation raising their grievance before respondent No.3, he would dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
