The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 427 of 2013 registered under section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The father of the victim made allegation that his son-in-law Kanhaiya Pandey demanded a motorcycle and due to non-fulfillment of demand the accused persons killed his daughter Rina Devi and disposed of her dead body.
It is submitted that father-in-law of the victim has already been granted anticipatory bail by the order passed in Cri. Misc. No. 22656 of 2014. Petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased and there is no allegation of demand of dowry against him.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40906 of 2014 (3) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 427 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
