Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 25 (1-B) a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that co-accused Pappu Kumar Yadav, whose name appears with the petitioner in the seizure list, has already been granted bail vide order dated 07.05.2015 passed in Cr Misc No 14912 of 2015. In the light of the aforesaid submissions, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees
