Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within four weeks.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Arvind Kumar Yadav.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2020. He was never put on T.I. Parade during investigation of the case nor any incriminating material is there against the petitioner. Moreover, co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.12.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33771 of 2020. Considering entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29206 of 2021(2) dt.21-10-2021 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Rajoun Police Station Case No. 144 of 2015, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
