The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault upon the informant, due to which, he sustained injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that good sense has prevailed between the parties and in this respect Annexure-2 has been annexed with the present petition which corroborates this fact. Petitioners

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 367 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
