Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 435 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 447, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the application for allowing the petitioner to surrender and pray for regular bail in the Court below as all the sections are bailable, except Arms Act.

Prayer is allowed.

In case the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will consider the petition for regular bail of the petitioner without being prejudiced by the fact that anticipatory bail petition has been rejected by this Court. The court below will also consider the fact that all the sections are bailable and no arms has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and no one was injured.
