JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 9.10.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 42068 of 2017 and allegation against the petitioner is of running racket of flesh trade.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 23.6.2017.
Heard learned APP and from perusal of the record it appears that petitioner has been made accused in three other similar type of cases.
Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, since the petitioner is in custody for more
