The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case relates to the filing of forged corona positive report of the accused Baleshwar Singh in Cheria Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 71 of 2021.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner has surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Lal Mohan

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20606 of 2022(2) dt.31-08-2022 2/2 Kumar, Accountant of PHC, Cheria Bariyarpur which has no evidentiary value and except confession, nothing has come during investigation against the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Manjhoul, Begusarai in connection with Cheriya Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 117 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
