The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S. Case No. 237 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is the mother of deceased, who has alleged in her fardbeyan that petitioner No. 1 father in law of the deceased and petitioner No. 2 is brother in law of deceased and allegation against them is of causing death of daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation against petitioner and as

It has been further submitted that petitioners petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 03.04.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-5th, Katihar, in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S. Case No. 237 of 2017.
