The petition is filed against the order dated 01.11.2012 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur whereby cognizance has been taken under Sections 406, 420, 323, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 065 of 2010 dated 18.03.2010.

There is nothing on record to indicate the stage of the case.

Perused the order impugned as also the averments made in the present petition.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14914 of 2015(2) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 No good ground has been made out for any interference with the order of cognizance.

The petitioner would be at liberty to approach the court below for the necessary relief to which he is entitled under law, if such petition has already not been filed.

With the aforesaid direction/observation, the petition is dismissed.
