The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 07.04.2016 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 6415 of 2016, on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2015 and the daughter of the petitioner is seriously ill and there is no other male member to look after and, as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration. The learned A.P.P. opposes by submitting that the petitioner has caused fire arm injury on the vital part and further he was also involved in a case under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code from earlier.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding
