The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No. 168 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 364(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Mr. Ashhar Musfata, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
