The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the informant has purchased land from the petitioner and when he has gone for mutation it was found that land was sold to one Navnit Kumar Ujjawal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said Navnit Kumar Ujjawal has already sold the land to Mantu Singh son of the informant.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42094 of 2014 (2) dt.20-03-2015 the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, Chintu Singh, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No.200 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
