In this case, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the process of selection of Anganbari Sevika was started for Centre No.66 at Village- Suksena under Bibhutipur Block in the District of Samastipur, but till date there is no finality in the process of selection, so he requests that this Court may direct the respondent authorities to expedite the selection process and conclude the same at the earliest. If already the selection has not been done, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11524 of 2015(2) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 respondent authorities will be obliged to conclude selection process of Anganbari Sevika as early as possible without unnecessary delay.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
