Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 342, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected on 23.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26172 of 2019 with a direction to surrender before the learned court below and pray for regular bail but the petitioner once again filed the present anticipatory bail application before this Court.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20359 of 2022(2) dt.23-08-2022 2/2 Without going into the merits of this case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 08 of 2019.

However, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below.
