2. The petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2020 in connection with Pachrukhi P.S.Case No. 224 of 2019 for the alleged offences under Sections 272, 273 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the allegation that the accused persons were indulged in illegal sale of liquor and drinking. It is further submitted that no recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP appears and has been heard.

5. Be that as it may and having regard to the period of custody already suffered since 24.02.2020, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 2nd-cum-Special Judge, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 224 of 2019, if he is not otherwise required in any other case.
