====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 05-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. No. 03 of 2022, dated 01.01.2022, lodged under Sections 447, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25 (1-b)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 18.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24452 of 2022 this Court had rejected the bail application of petitioner with liberty that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after three months of framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has already been framed on 26.08.2022, which is annexed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21041 of 2023(2) dt.05-04-2023 2/2 Annexure-3 to this application.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. No. 03 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
