JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 Petitioner is the husband and apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2023 of 2013, instituted for offences under sections 498A, 494 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/ 4 of the Dowry Act.

Learned counsel fore the petitioner states that while the petitioner was only about 26 years of age, he was deceitfully married to the complainant, who is of about 45 years of age. She was treated variously and examined medically. It is because of that serious dispute arose and this case has been filed by the complainant falsely implicating the petitioner. Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, the sole petitioner,

No.35263 of 2014 (2) dt.20-022/2 namely, Sudhanshu Ranjan Raju is directed to be admitted to bail on executing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2023 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
