JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-09-2015 The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 342, 353, 427, 189, 333 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 9 of the Bihar Control of the Use & Play of Loud Speaker Act, 1955.

It is alleged that one Sanjeev Kumar Bharti along with his hundred associates locked the Teghra Blockcum-Circle Office. They confined the Block Development Officer, Teghra, smashed the documents and tried to snatch the files.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is against the mob. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the accusation against the mob,

Case No. 143 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
