Petitioner is not named in the first information report but when further statement of informant was recorded, she claimed that witnesses told her about involvement of the petitioner and others as witnesses claimed to have seen the petitioner and others fleeing on motorcycle just after the alleged occurrence. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Pankaj Yadav has already been granted bail by this Court.
