Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the entire claims raised on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ petition are based on disputed questions of facts, which cannot be gone into in a proceeding under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

He appears to be right.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, but without costs.
