JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 3/ 04-10-2018 This application has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioners. It has been submitted by the counsel for the petitioners that due to inadvertence in the prayer portion of the application name of the Court has been typed as „Addl. Sessions Judge, VI, Madhubani‟, in place of "ACJM, Benipatti, Madhubani" and the same mistake has occurred in the order dated 26.09.2018 by which petitioners have been granted regular bail.

Counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the application. Accordingly, in the last paragraph of the order dated 26.09.2018, in place of „Addl. Sessions Judge, VI, Madhubani‟, it should be read as "ACJM, Benipatti, Madhubani".

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58230 of 2018 (3) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 The order dated 26.09.2018 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
