Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 57 of 2019 for offences under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Nisha Kumari, who is a major, has made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that she was married to petitioner and she was in the family way.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28892 of 2021(2) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 57 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
