Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 307 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 144, 188, 283, 290, 447, 323, 353, 153(A),(B), 295(A), 307, 427, 504 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail vide order dated 01.02.2018, 22.06.2018, 03.07.2018, 29.06.2018 and 18.01.2018 in Criminal Misc. Case No. 4415 of 2018, 31728 of 2018, 35934 of 2018, 35527 of 2018 and 468 of 2018 respectively. Petitioner is custody since 25.07.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56256 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S.
