2. The petitioner, who was on deputation for three years as a Commandant BMP-12, is aggrieved by the non-payment of his salary for the period from June 2018 to December 2018 and the action of the respondents in not releasing the GPF amount contributed by him nor sending such contribution to the BSF, GPF account.

3. Though details of the deputation of the petitioner in the State of Bihar has been given in the writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.6901 of 2019 dt.26-04-2019 2/2 petition but those do not pertain to the dispute/grievance of the petitioner at the moment.

4. The petitioner is directed to make a representation before the Director, General-cum-Inspector General of Police, Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 2) detailing his grievances, within a period of four weeks from today, who on receipt of such representation shall pass a reasoned order, after verifying all facts within a further period of six weeks thereafter. If the claim of the petitioner for being paid from June 2018 to December 2018 is tenable, the same shall be paid to him immediately and the contribution of the petitioner be remitted in the BSF GPF account within the aforesaid period.

5. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
