The petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case No.143C 3 Excise of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 47A of the Excise Act.

The police has recovered 11 liters of Toddy from the spot. The petitioner is in custody since 25.6.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Badari Choudhary, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Bihar Sharif at Nalanda in connection with Complaint Case No. 143C 3 Excise of 2016.
