Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 498 (A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of D.P. Act. It is a case of torture and harassment for demand of dowry .

Petitioner is mother-in-law of the victim.

It is submitted that the petitioner is 62 years old lady. She is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is separate in mess and business. Thrust of allegation is against the husband of the victim.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

No.20878 of 2023(2) dt.19-05-2023 2/2 the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned S.D.J.M., Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi P.S.
