JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 16-08-2017 This application has been filed for restoration of LPA No. 1397 of 1996 which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 12.8.1997.

Even though the restoration application was filed in the year 1998 but it has not been listed and more than 20 years have passed and the defects pointed out by the office have not been rectified till date.

Patna High Court MJC No.4182 of 1998 (3) dt.16-08-2017 2/2 Since the defects have not been rectified for the last twenty yeas, it seems that petitioner is no more interested in the matter.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, the restoration application stands dismissed.
