JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 15-04-2015 It is not in dispute that in the light of the order/direction dated 23.07.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10939 of 2014 (Annexure-1) fresh order has been passed by the competent authority. Learned State counsel submits that the aforesaid order is subject matter of challenge in a fresh writ petition filed by the petitioner.

In above view of the matter, no case for contempt is made out. The present application stands accordingly dismissed. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the aforesaid order in an appropriate proceeding. (Birendra Prasad Verma, J) BTiwary/- U
