This application has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. against the order dated 09.06.2014 passed in Cr. Revision No. 48 of 2014, whereunder, the learned District and Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur dismissed the aforesaid Criminal Revision of the petitioner affirming the order dated 05.02.2014 passed in Case No. 251 of 2012 by the S.D.M.(West), Muzaffarpur, whereby a proceeding under Section 188 of the I.P.C. was initiated against the petitioners. On perusal of the impugned order, I find no illegality to interfere with the same in extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and accordingly the present application is dismissed.
