JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 12-10-2015 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to prefer the statutory revision application before the Commissioner under Section 62 of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act.
2. As prayed, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn and dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
3. It is made clear that in case such a revision is filed, the revisional authority would have regard to the present proceeding being pursued by the petitioner while considering the question of condonation of delay.
